From Scattered Chats to a Unified Workspace
Rapid Ant was built to solve a problem familiar to every internal logistics team: operations spread across three Excel files, five Telegram chats, and constant 'where are you now?' calls. We designed and developed a single workspace that consolidates requests, drivers, vehicles, and routes — with a controlled 9-status request lifecycle and role-based access for initiators, managers, drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors. The result is a transparent audit trail and a clear source of truth for every delivery.
AI-Assisted Request Creation
To eliminate the friction of manual data entry, we integrated Claude AI to parse free-form text and voice input directly into structured request fields. Dispatchers can dictate a request on the move, paste a customer message, or speak to the assistant — and the system automatically extracts addresses, contacts, cargo details, and deadlines. Combined with a Telegram bot for mobile updates and Nova Poshta API integration, the platform meets logistics teams where they already work.
Real-Time Routing and Visibility
We integrated OSRM (OpenStreetMap Routing Machine) for accurate route calculations and built a real-time dashboard so managers see driver positions, vehicle assignments, and delivery progress at a glance. Notifications flow through Email, Telegram, and SMS, while CSV-exportable analytics give supervisors the data they need for operational reviews. Supabase powers the backend with row-level security, ensuring each role only sees the data they should.
