Цех

A Telegram-first production tracking system for small and mid-sized manufacturing workshops. Workers log output in 30 seconds from a chat — owners see batches, norms, and shift efficiency in a single web panel. No notebooks, spreadsheets, or 'how many did we make today?' calls.

Production Accounting That Lives in a Chat

Цех puts the entire shop-floor reporting flow inside a Telegram bot that workers already have on their phone. A seamstress, packer, or operator opens the chat, picks the active batch, selects a stage — cutting, sewing, QC, packing — enters the quantity, and the record lands in the database in under a second. The commands /start and /stats are the only thing anyone has to remember. There is nothing to install, no training session, and no friction between making a product and reporting it.

Batches, Stages, and Norms in One Web Panel

Every entry from the bot flows into a clean web dashboard built for the people making decisions: foremen tracking batch progress, owners watching plan-versus-actual, and accountants closing volumes for payroll. Each batch is broken into stages with its own quota, so the system can flag underperformance, finished work, and queued items in real time. The panel groups output by shift, week, and month, with role-based access for operators, foremen, and managers — and an active-batches table that updates the moment a worker hits send.

From Notebooks to a 20-Minute Setup

The whole platform is designed for workshops that have outgrown paper journals but cannot afford an MES rollout. Configuring batches takes about twenty minutes; workers onboard themselves during their first shift. The first pilot month is free with no credit card, after which pricing is a flat per-active-user fee — no module licenses, no hidden tiers. Cex (Цех) currently fits sewing workshops, furniture shops, food processing lines, metalwork, packaging operations, and joinery workshops.

"Our team went from chasing paper journals at end of shift to seeing live production numbers on a dashboard. Workers picked up the bot on the first day — there was nothing to teach. The 30-second entry time is what made it stick."
